NY drivers VS. Out of State Drivers

so I'm sure like me, most of you have been driving and now someone in front of you, is moving 10 miles per hour and its so annoying. well me myself being from New York and what not (no I'm not wearing Tims or heels that look like them, well I did have a pair back in the day when Beyonce and Jay Z had that song) the first thing I do is I look at the driver in front of me to see where is plates are from. And more than likely its from some one who is NOT FROM NY! lol and then I'm like oh this makes sense, while screaming in my car LETS GO GEORGIA or better yet when you say the car. You know like when you see a family van get in front of you, and now you think "oh really caravan" my sister, who drives a family van is going to be so mad lol. But really I bet you do the same. The real question is are we New Yorkers really always rushing or are these other states just to damn slow?
